The financial software, data and media company makes its
debut on the Corporate Travel 100 with $47 million in U.S.-booked air volume in
2019. Eighty-seven percent of U.S.-booked tickets went through the company's
Concur Travel online booking tool, with 76 percent of those bookings requiring
no live agent assistance. Compliance with Bloomberg's preferred supplier
policies was strong across all sectors. Ninety-four percent of point-of-sale
airline transactions were compliant in 2019; as were 93 percent of car rental
and 94 percent of hotel transactions. The company's travel department improved
internal processes and transparency in 2019, while 2020 goals centered on
enhancing traveler engagement.
