Pharmaceutical maker Eli Lilly returns to the CT 100 for the
first time in more than a decade, with nearly $40 million in U.S.-booked air
volume in 2019. However, that figure actually represents a $7 million decline
over 2018.
But even amid that slowdown, the company has been hard at
work advancing its travel program. Key 2019 milestones included completing the
lineup of destination countries available in the Concur Travel OBT, launching a
new travel program in Brazil, implementing CWT RoomIt and Dinova's employee
reward program and optimizing TMC portal and reporting systems.
Eli Lilly also has been quite busy with RFPs, finalizing a
car rental supplier and beginning work on corporate card and TMC RFPs. The
latter two could lead to new implementations in the near future. Meanwhile, the
company also is getting the ball rolling on airline and hotel RFPs this year.
