Hewlett Packard Enterprise saw a revenue of $29.14 billion
for fiscal 2019. In that same year, the global, edge-to-cloud
Platform-as-a-Service company had U.S.-booked air spend of $40 million, up from
$38 million in 2018. Hewlett Packard Enterprise expects its U.S.-booked air
spend to fall to $27 million in 2020. The company has a single global travel
policy and one global TMC.
In 2019, Hewlett Packard Enterprise focused on traveler
satisfaction by updating online booking tools, conducting robust traveler
surveys and focus groups and creating a traveler satisfaction dashboard. Travel
policy changes extended the executive policy to VP titles and above. After
Covid-19 struck in 2020, the companied added an extra layer of approval
processes, and ongoing collaboration between its travel and global security
departments ensures traveler safety.
