2021 BTN Hotel Survey: Hilton Takes Top Spot for Pandemic-Era PartnershipThe 2021 edition of BTN's annual Hotel Survey differs from past years. Given the low business travel volumes during the past 12 months, the survey includes ratings pertaining to four Covid-19 related attributes and considered candidates on a chainwide level - not at the brand level.
