In 2015,
JPMorgan Chase implemented a pre-trip approval process that requires travelers
to get approval for trips that surpass a certain dollar amount. Travelers also
are required to get approval for out-of-policy hotels. U.S.-booked air volume
decreased by 20 percent in 2015. However, the bank anticipates air volume to
increase 3 percent in 2016. This year, it will continue to focus on managing
expenses. JPMorgan employs more than 230,000 employees and in 2015 earned $24.4
billion in net income from $96.6 billion of revenue.
