2022 U.S.-Booked Air Volume: $130M
Primary U.S. Booking Tool: Concur
JPMorgan Chase U.S.-booked
business travel air volume rose to $130 million in 2022 from just $30 million
in its 2021 pandemic nadir. The
financial firm projected its acquisition of Republic Bank this June would
contribute to increased corporate travel spend in 2023.
The business of travel has
been in focus at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from a growth perspective as well.
The company acquired corporate and luxury travel agency Frosch in 2022 and is making investments in the corporate travel side of
that business. It has made major investments in leisure travel—including
loyalty companies, airport lounges and travel review companies—to
support its new interest.
