States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, United Arab Emirates, India,
Singapore, South Korea and Australia under American Express Global Business

to acquire Micreo, a specialized electronic warfare subsystems provider based
in Australia. Micreo is expected to generate AUD$35 million, or US$27 million,
in sales in 2017.
