Navan has integrated United Airlines content via a New Distribution Capability-enabled direct connection to the carrier, the travel management company announced.
The direct connect will give Navan, the former TripActions, access to United's continuous pricing, with NDC content offering 40 percent more price points than traditional global distribution channels, according to Navan. Users also will have self-service capabilities, including flight changes and cancellations, detailed descriptions of content and personalization based on the traveler's loyalty status.
"Through this integration, we're excited to provide Navan customers access to the full range of United offers including all ancillary products and recognition of Mileage Premiere status," United SVP of sales Doreen Burse said in a statement. "As a result, travelers will have a more seamless experience from booking to servicing."
Navan currently has NDC content enabled across 14 major carriers around the world, according to the company.
