Oracle’s U.S. point-of-sale air volume for 2022 increased to $35
million from $6 million in 2021. Of Oracle's total U.S.-booked dollar volume in
2022, about 70 percent was for domestic travel.
There were no major changes to Oracle's travel and expense policy
in 2022. By the end of 2022, however, Oracle had completed the acquisition of
medical information technology company Cerner, which introduced 28,000 new employees
and travel considerations to the team. These new considerations could play into
an updated program for Oracle to incorporate incoming, diverse travel
initiatives and requirements.
Oracle reported $49.9 billion in
annual revenue for fiscal year 2023, which ended in May 2023, up from $42.4
billion reported in fiscal 2022.
