Last year, Pfizer significantly improved online booking adoption and advance ticket purchasing patterns. U.S.-originating air volume increased 25 percent and global air volume increased 5 percent. Just under one-third of U.S.-booked air volume was domestic. In 2017, the pharmaceutical
company will use metrics to promote more efficient travel behaviors. The company expects U.S.-booked air volume to remain flat. Last year, 80 percent of U.S.-booked air went through Concur Travel, which has been Pfizer's global booking tool since 2014. The company did not make any major policy tweaks in
2016 and doesn't expect any for 2017. It reported $53 billion in revenue for 2016.
