Consumer goods conglomerate Procter & Gamble's 2022
U.S.-booked air volume increased sharply year over year, according to a BTN
estimate.
The company in 2021 set a goal of net-zero greenhouse gas
emissions across its operations and supply chain by 2040. P&G reported
nearly 40,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent generated by company
global business travel in the 12 months ending June 30, 2022.
P&G in 2021 selected travel management company FCM to manage
the company’s travel programs in North America and Europe; it previously had
used Egencia.
P&G net sales in the 12 months ending June 30, 2023,
increased about 2 percent year over year to about $82 billion. The company on
that date employed about 107,000 people worldwide, up about 1 percent from the
year prior.
