Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide unveiled its Tribute Portfolio of upper-upscale independent hotels and resorts,

the company announced Thursday. Tribute is the company’s 10th brand and second independent hotel collection. Its first property is the Royal Palm South Beach Miami, and additional Tribute properties will open soon in Nashville; Charleston, S.C.; Savannah, Ga.; and Asheville, N.C., according to the company. Interim CEO Adam Aron said Starwood hopes to have 100 Tribute properties within five years.
