Three Steps to Travel Program Insights

1. Register to receive your unique link. You may be pre-qualified to receive a link instantly. If not, don’t worry. We will authenticate your registration and reply within 48 hours.

2. Distribute survey and drive results. The more responses you get, the more informative your results will be.

3. Log in to BTN's Traveler Experience Index database. Your customized credentials will take you straight to your organization's Traveler Experience Index Score. You can see how it compares to the overall index of all participating organizations and receive more than 20 line-item results that indicate what is most important to your company's business travelers but also how well the program delivers on those factors. *Reporting will not be enabled until at least one respondent completes the survey.

ORGANIZATION & TRAVELER IDENTITY REMAIN PRIVATE

No other participating organization will have access to your results. BTN will collect all survey results to aggregate for broader viewing. No individual organization will be singled out for reporting, editorial, social media, marketing or any other purpose without permission. BTN will sample overall results from time to time to serve as an industry benchmark. BTN will not collect individual travelers' information. To encourage confidence and candid remarks, the survey is completely anonymous for them.
