Online travel booking and expense platform Serko soon will
integrate Booking.com content into its Zeno booking tool, and Booking.com will
promote Zeno to its business traveler customers. Booking.com parent company
Booking Holdings will invest 17.5 million New Zealand dollars in Serko, a step
toward the 45 million New Zealand dollars Serko aims to raise to accelerate Zeno's
rollout into North America and continental Europe and to expand offerings for
travel management company resellers.
